Urban Self Storage (formerly Storagians) offers safe, hassle-free storage for household, personal and business goods in Bengaluru. Our team picks up your belongings from your doorstep, packs them, records every item in an inventory and stores them in our secure warehouse, so you can retrieve what you need, whenever you need it.
Quality packing materials for every item
Pickup & Packing
- Pickup charges include transportation, labour and packing material costs.
- Every item is counted and recorded in the inventory.
- If items are already packed, packing material charges will be excluded.
- Additional items may change pickup charges and monthly rental.
- Pickup charges must be paid at the time of pickup.
Packing & Inventory Process
- Inventory and photographs of packed goods will be shared within 1–2 days after packing.
- The finance team will share the applicable invoice.
Complete transparency: every item is counted, recorded and photographed, so you always know exactly what we are storing for you.

Clear terms, no surprises
Storage & Payment
- Rental starts from the date goods are stored in our warehouse.
- Monthly rental must be paid within 7 days from the invoice date.
- GST of 18% is applicable on monthly rental.
- Last month's rental will be calculated on a prorated basis, wherever applicable.
Partial Retrieval & Additional Storage
- Customers can retrieve any number of items whenever required.
- Additional transportation and labour charges apply for partial delivery.
- Existing customers can add more items at any time.
- Additional pickup charges and rental will apply for added items.
Full Delivery
- Delivery charges are not included in the quotation.
- Charges depend on the delivery location, item volume and labour requirements.
General Terms
- Quotation validity: 15 days from the date of issue.
- Prohibited Goods: Hazardous, illegal, perishable and restricted goods are not accepted.
- Final charges may vary based on actual inventory and volume.
