Service lift booking. Goods lifts in most Whitefield towers need to be reserved, and some societies charge a refundable deposit. Book it for the slot we agree.
Move-out hours. A lot of communities only permit shifting between 9 AM and 6 PM, and several don't allow it on Sundays. We work inside those windows — tell us the restriction and we'll plan around it rather than turning up and being refused entry.
Large items. Sofas, king mattresses and wardrobes sometimes don't fit the goods lift. We dismantle and reassemble where needed, at no extra charge.

How far is your facility from Whitefield?+

Do you pick up from gated communities? Do I need society permission?+
Yes, and yes — most Whitefield associations require a move-out intimation 24–48 hours in advance. Tell us your community when you book and we'll provide the vehicle number, team names and ID details in whatever format your office asks for.
I'm going onsite for 18 months. Can I pay from abroad?+
Yes. Rental is prepaid for the period you choose and you can extend from anywhere — UPI, bank transfer or card. You'll get a GST invoice for every payment. Nobody needs to be in Bengaluru while your goods are in storage.
My society only allows shifting between 9 AM and 6 PM. Is that a problem?+
No. Our operating hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday, so we're already working inside that window. Tell us any additional restriction when you book.
Can I get a few items back without retrieving everything?+
Yes — partial retrieval is possible. We maintain an item-level inventory when we pick up, so you can ask for specific items. Retrieval is charged based on volume and distance, and we'll quote it before we move anything.
